The latest data posted on the Wyoming Department of Health website shows cases of people in hospitals in Wyoming with COVID-19 are steadily dropping. There are 68 reported cases as of February 22, 2022, significantly down from the high of 248 on October 22, 2021. St. John’s Medical Center reports zero cases in their facility as of February 22, 2022. A smaller surge peaked on February 1st, 2022 with 167 patients with COVID-19. Note that these numbers do not differentiate between patients admitted "because of" COVID-19 and those who came in for another reason and then tested positive for the virus, "with" COVID-19, upon admittance.
