Cardboard Classic This entry won the Most Creative Cardboard Craft award. 2022 Schedule

The ever-popular Cardboard Classic race was held on Saturday, February 12th as part of the 2022 Pinedale Winter Carnival. Entries were in the Junior, Teen/Adult, and Family categories. The event was held on the sledding hill in Burzlander Park on the east end of Pinedale.

Each sled had the opportunity for three runs down the hill, for the best two times of the three races. Not all the sleds survived through two runs, let alone three, which was part of the fun.

A great crowd turned out on the beautiful winter day. This event is put on by Main Street Pinedale as a fundraiser for their facade grant and downtown beautification programs.

Trophies were awarded to the winner in each category, along with the overall winner for most creative cardboard craft.
