Tree lighting Parade of Lights Photo by Tony Vitolo

Pinedale held their Mountain Man Christmas on Saturday, December 11th. The events were organized by the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce. There were festivities all day long including many open houses at local downtown businesses and special shopping deals. At 4:00PM there was a special dedication for Pinedale’s newest park, Trappers Park, donated by the Don Tegeler family. At 5:00 the official tree lighting was held on the courthouse lawn with Christmas carolers. The colorful night-time lighted parade was held at 6:00PM. Despite no snow and the 23F degree temperature, the event was a great way to kick off the holiday season and a good time was had by all.
