Old Town Hall site Vacant lot located in the heart of downtown Pinedale Business Opportunity Town of Pinedale

The Town of Pinedale is seeking partners interested in economic development utilizing the Town’s vacant lot at 210 W Pine Street.

The goal of the project is to attract a strong business partner that promotes healthy economic development of the Town and further strengthens our local economy. The selected partner will have the opportunity to build their business on 210 W Pine Street by partnering with the Town in developing an application to the Wyoming Business Council.

A Letter of Interest (LOI) is the first step in informing the Town of your business’s interest in this opportunity. Please complete and submit the LOI to the Town Clerk by 5:00 p.m. March 16, 2020 for consideration.
