Friday, friends of Tacy Kunnard and JD Fear were busy at Wyoming sunset decorating the prom car in front of Nylla Kunnard's home in the expectation that JD was going to show up and ask Tacy to the prom.

Nylla heard the excited activity in her driveway and came to the window to see what was going on.
