Regular operating hours are 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m, Monday through Friday. The clinic is closed on legal holidays.

After-hours and weekends: Anyone needing to be seen by a medical provider should call the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch (307-367-4378), and they will alert the provider on call.

For emergencies, dial 9-1-1 for an ambulance.

The After-Hours Entrance is located under the South canopy, directly adjacent to the EMS Ambulance Barn. Parking is across the street.
