Winter is great, but there are a lot of folks counting the days for summer to arrive so they can get back up into the Winds.

Rich Vernon sent in this photo his wife took last year in the Wind River Mountains. The view is looking back along Black Joe Lake towards Arrowhead Lake and Jackass Pass, both hidden by the southern flank of Big Sandy, with the Cirque of the Towers on the horizon.
