Operation of Tent Camping at 204 S. Jackson Avenue in Pinedale

GENERAL INFORMATION
In order to facilitate service to the public, the Town of Pinedale, hereinafter the Town, is seeking a seasonal independent contractor to operate the tent camping operation at the Town Park located at 204 South Jackson Avenue throughout the summer recreation season.
Interested Applicants should submit a proposal in a sealed envelope marked Camping Proposal at:

The successful Applicant shall at Applicant’s cost:
1. Collect fees for camping as set by the Town.
2. Operate the camping area according to rules and regulations as set by the Town.
3. Maintain the camping area in a clean and orderly manner.
4. Provide, maintain and empty adequate portable toilets for the camping area.
5. Provide, maintain and empty adequate trash receptacles for the camping area.
Compensation for the services provided shall consist of the camping fees collected.
Faxed or telephone proposals will not be accepted. The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its sole discretion. The party submitting a conditionally accepted proposal shall be offered the opportunity to enter into a contract for providing such services in a form provided by the Town of Pinedale. The failure to enter into such contract within ten (10) days of its being presented shall terminate the conditional acceptance of the subject proposal. The Town reserves the right to overlook and waive any and all irregularities in the proposal process.
Proposals must be submitted by 4:30PM July 6th, 2016.
