Sunday, January 31, 2016, is the governmentís deadline to force Americans to sign up for an Obamacare-approved health insurance plan. If you donít sign up, thereís a $695 per person or 2.5% of household income fine. Some people donít know about the approaching deadline, some people donít care and arenít bothering to find out anything about it, and others are deliberately refusing as an objection to Obamacare. The penalty is taken out of your tax refund.
