BLM announces Caleb Hiner as new Pinedale Field Manager

The Bureau of Land Managementís Acting High Desert District Manager, Dennis Carpenter, announced today (Monday, Nov. 2, 2015) that Caleb Hiner has been selected to serve as the new Pinedale Field Manager in Pinedale, Wyoming.
Hiner will oversee more than 924,000 acres of public lands and 1.2 million acres of federal mineral resources in the Pinedale Field Office area. He will report in January 2016.
"We are very excited to welcome Caleb as our new Pinedale Field Manager," said Carpenter. "Caleb was currently filling in as our Acting Pinedale Field Manager for the past few months and we know he will do a great job."
"I look forward to returning to Pinedale to live, work, and serve this community. The Pinedale Field Office has been doing excellent work with many partners to improve the public lands. The office has a great staff of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals and an amazing group of partners. I am excited about becoming part of this team," said Hiner.
Hiner started with the BLM 15 years ago in Nevada as a geologist before moving to Wyoming as a Planning and Environmental Coordinator for both the Pinedale Field Office and the Wind River/Big Horn Basin District. He has recently been a Senior Resource Advisor for the Wyoming State Office and a Resource Advisor for the High Desert District.
