Soap Making class April 21
by Sublette County Library
April 5, 2012
Want to learn how to make your own soap? Join soap maker Curtis Haderlie, owner of Wind River Herbs, to learn the basic techniques of soap making on Saturday, April 21, from 10 am to noon at the Sublette County Library, 155 S Tyler Ave in Pinedale.
This free beginner's class is for people who are curious about making soap from scratch. It will cover the very basics of soap-making and demystify the process so that you have the confidence to begin your own soap making practice. Materials will be provided for the hands-on workshop. Additionally, Curtis will have a limited number of Wind River Herb products available for purchase that day.
"I hope the audience walks away with the idea that it's easy and inexpensive to make many of your own products, "said Haderlie. "Having this knowledge can help you become more self-sufficient".
