The Wyoming District 7 History Day competition was held on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Sublette BOCES building in Pinedale. National History Day makes history come alive for America's youth by engaging them in the discovery of the historic, cultural and social experiences of the past. Through hands-on experiences and presentations, today's youth are better able to inform the present and shape the future. NHD inspires children through exciting competitions and transforms teaching through project-based curriculum and instruction. In Wyoming, National History Day is coordinated through the American Heritage Center at the University of Wyoming.

Wyoming is broken into seven districts for National History Day. District 7 includes Sublette, Sweetwater and Uinta counties. Coordinator for District 7 was Ann Noble.
