The Wyoming Supreme Court denied two requests by Troy Willoughby’s attorneys over his 2010 conviction in the murder of Lisa Ehlers in 1984. The Defense asked the Wyoming Supreme Court to rehear their appeal of the murder conviction. Also denied was a Defense motion to supplement the record with a police report from the night of the murder. The Supreme Court said the Defense’s remedy would be a motion for a new trial in Ninth District Court in Sublette County.
