Fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters

A few tickets still remain for Cooking with Chef Keith, Christmas Cooking Demonstration and Dinner. The event is a fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Pinedale. It is being sponsored by Stockmanís Steakhouse, Sysco Foods, US Foods and Nicholas Foods. The event will take place in Stockmanís Steakhouse in Pinedale from 2-5PM.
Join Chef Keith for an opportunity to learn new techniques and holiday recipes. This cooking demonstration will include audience participation followed by a sit-down dinner and silent auction. Menu includes Bruschetta, grilled asparagus & Mushroom, crepes, pecan encrusted beef tenderloin with juniper jus and garlic mashed potatoes or fresh Atlantic salmon Oscar, honey drenched Christmas Struffoli.
Silent auction items include four Jaccuzi suites, one includes dinner for two at Lakeside Lodge, courtesy of Baymont Inn & Suites and Lakeside Lodge; Choice cut Prime Rib to serve 10, courtesy Oboís Specialty Meats; Junior Ski or Snowboard lease, courtesy Great Outdoor Shop; Gift packages from The Cowboy Shop, Mousee Salon, Outlet Zone, and Craftmand.
