Wyoming.com reports phishing attack

Internet service provider Wyoming.com sent out a message recently to their customers warning of a phishing attack against their e-mail users from sources in China. The email claims that Wyoming.com mail accounts are being deactivated and customers need to respond with their user name and password in order to keep their account active.
Wyoming.com advises their customers they will never solicit account information via email. "This warning is fraudulent and can safely be ignored. The email does not contain any viruses and neither your computer nor your email account have been compromised," Wyoming.com said. The advise customers, "If you did mistakenly reply to this email, we advise you to change your email password immediately. "
