Articles appeared in two Grand Junction, Colorado newspapers recently reporting that IXP Inc, a company that does oil and gas field-related pipeline work, has been named in a series of civil lawsuits filed in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. One of the suits allege the company failed to complete a $10 million pipeline installation project in Utah and more than $2.6 million in unpaid bills to subcontractors. The stories also report IXP owes the federal government over $2 million in payroll taxes and over $1900 in vehicle-use taxes.

IXP, Inc. is a pipeline installation contractor headquartered in Pinedale. The company also works in the gas field operations in Sublette County, Wyoming.
