The Pinedale Wranglers made the most of their homecoming, easily beating cross-county rival Big Piney Punchers 27-0. A tough defense held Big Piney to less than 100 yards and a big play offense racked up over 300 yards.

After stopping Big Piney on their first drive, Luke Egle blocked a punt and Landon Wells picked it up for a touchdown, putting Pinedale up 7-0. In the second quarter, Aaron Milne intercepted a pass giving the Wranglers the ball on the Big Piney 20-yard line. Four plays later, Nick Jaquez ran two yards for a 14-0 lead.

On Pinedale's first drive of the second half, Nick Jaquez threw a 36-yard touchdown to Aaron Milne to go up 21-0. On the their next drive, Nick Jaquez threw a 30-yard touchdown to Chase Lederer on 4th down to put the game away 27-0.

After two tough close losses to start the season, Pinedale has now dominated their last two victories outscoring their opponents 72-0 combined. They are now back in the playoff hunt.
