"The parking lot was full and we did run into a few people on the trail to Big Sandy Lake. We had no problem finding a spot by the lake and we were not "high density camping". We went over the pass and back the same day and ran into five groups of people, not bad at all. There a few mosquitoes and flies at the lake, but as we started over the pass they slowly went away. Even some flowers were still in bloom. The trip was wonderful." - Arnold
