Winter Storm Watch Friday to Saturday afternoon

The National Weather Service out of Riverton has issued a Winter Storm watch from Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon for:
Yellowstone National Park
Teton and Gros Ventre Mountains
Wind River Mountains West
Wind River Mountains East
Salt River and Wyoming Ranges
At least two potentially significant storm systems are expected to impact the far west with significant snowfall Friday night and Saturday and again Monday. Some snow may move into the west Thursday night and Friday, but it appears the main brunt of the storm will hold off until Friday night and Saturday. This second system may also bring snow to areas east of the divide later Monday into Monday night.
Strong southwest winds are expected across much of the area Friday through the weekend, but especially from near Rock Springs northeast to Casper, along the Cody foothills and in the mountains.
Thursday Afternoon: Partly sunny, with a high near 19. East wind around 8 mph.
Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 3. Wind chill values as low as -12. East wind between 8 and 10 mph.
Friday: A 30 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, with a high near 27. Wind chill values as low as -12. South southeast wind between 9 and 11 mph. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Friday Night: Snow likely, mainly after 11pm. Cloudy, with a low around 16. Wind chill values as low as -3. Breezy, with a south southwest wind 14 to 17 mph increasing to between 22 and 25 mph. Winds could gust as high as 36 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
Saturday: Periods of snow, mainly before 11am. High near 28. South wind between 14 and 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.
Saturday Night: A 20 percent chance of snow. Cloudy and breezy, with a low around 7.
Sunday: A 40 percent chance of snow, mainly after 11am. Cloudy, with a high near 24.
Sunday Night: Snow likely. Cloudy, with a low around -2.
Monday: A chance of snow. Cloudy, with a high near 18.
