4:48 PM Update: Sublette County Sheriff's Office reports that both lanes of Highway 191 between mile posts 60-70 are NOW OPEN. "Please be careful and drive safely."
4:07PM Update: SCSO reports there is still just one lane of travel is open at this time at the accident site on Highway 191. Please use caution when traveling through this accident area.
9:40AM Update: Drivers are cautioned that there is a roll-over accident involving a cement truck on US Highway 191, south of the Sand Draw Industrial Site/Hwy 351 cutoff, that has partial road blockage of the highway lanes. Emergency crews are on the scene at this time. Weather conditions are snowing with limited visibilities. Drivers are being asked to SLOW DOWN and watch for emergency personnel on this accident scene. This alert is also being broadcast on KPIN radio, 101.1 FM.

There is a one-vehicle cement truck roll over at mile post 70 on US Hwy 191. This is a warning for vehicles to SLOW DOWN, watch for traffic control. There is road blockage. Road conditions are limited visibility, snowing and slick roads.
