Description: | Adams Concrete, Inc. is looking for a part-time Office Manager/Accounting Clerk to perform daily office operations. Must have basic computer skills, be proficient in Quick Books, and have a basic knowledge of accounting principles. The position is approximately 20 hours per week. Pay is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Bi-weekly payroll. Submitting payroll taxes,401(K) contributions. Filing State & Federal quarterly tax returns, as well as year-end tax forms. Annual 401(K) reporting. - Basic HR tasks. - Accounts payable. - Assure accuracy of financial records, bank reconciliations, etc. - General Liability Insurance and Health Insurance Renewals. - CDL annual reporting. - Maintain and order office supplies. - Answering telephone and emails.
