| Title: | Part-Time Foundation Director |
| Description: | Sublette County Rural Health Care District has a part time Foundation Director position available.
The successful candidate will report to the Foundation’s Board of Directors and the CEO of the Sublette County Rural Health Care District. His/Her duties include grant management, fund development and management, community leadership and education, prepare annual budget for board approval, implement and maintain Foundation policies and procedures, and maintain all records pertaining to the Foundation.
