Housekeeper (seasonal and full-time)
White Pine Adventure Inn

Title:Housekeeper (seasonal and full-time)
Description:Our Culture
At Hugo Wyoming Management, we are stewards of one of the last nearly intact temperate ecosystems on Earth. Our culture is defined by a deep respect for this land and an unwavering commitment to one another.

One Team: Providing a high-level experience in the wild requires us to work as a single, cohesive unit. We move past traditional hospitality hierarchies because the guest experience depends on our collective ability to assist whenever and wherever needed. We value a culture where every role is respected and every voice is heard. When you join us, you become an essential part of a supportive team where your contribution is vital to our success.

Conservation Forward: We operate with a direct mandate to protect the Yellowstone Ecosystem. Our work focuses on practical land management and wildlife protection that extends across the region. This requires intentional trade-offs that prioritize the landscape’s health over operational ease. We seek team members who share this commitment and want to take an active role in the stewardship of our home.

A Foundation of Safety:
Operating in a high-stakes, wild environment requires a rigorous commitment to safety. We maintain a secure workplace through strict standards and mutual accountability. We look out for one another, ensuring every team member is physically safe and empowered to speak up. When our team is supported, they can focus on what they do best: delivering world-class service in the heart of the wild.
