The Pinedale Farm Bureau Financial Services office is accepting applications for a full time Service Associate/Customer Service Rep. The applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering policy questions, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and many other tasks.
Applicants should have superb verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a growth mindset.
Experience in insurance or customer service is preferred, but not required.
Pay will depend on experience and the hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:00. Start date is as soon as possible.
Training will be provided.
