| Title: | Front Desk Manager |
| Description: | The Hampton Inn & Suites is currently recruiting an energetic, detailed orientated, and customer service orientated individual for Front Desk Manager. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. The position is responsible for all front desk operations, such as training and managing front desk staff, coverage of all shifts when needed, scheduling, ordering supplies, ensuring that all Hilton and hotel policies and procedures are implemented and followed thru.
The ideal candidate will have past management experience, the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in a friendly and positive manner, have good computer skills, excellent written and oral communications skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, the ability to work and thrive in a team atmosphere, and successfully coordinate a front desk team. Hotel experience is not required but desirable.
