New Fork Canyon


I photographed New Fork Canyon from a high hill, and shot into the canyon using a 300MM F2.8 lens with a 1.4 Extender. This causes the picture to lose depth of field and makes the canyon look squashed or flattened. It also produced dramatic contrasts between cold dark granite and snow bands./djb
