Moving Quickly


Mike Gilmore and I set out this morning at 4AM in search of Upper Green grizzly. With help from Mike Lillrose we nailed it, with over an hour of viewing a large sow and two yearling-cubs rooting, digging and eating. We were about a thousand yards away but a totally calm morning, with no sun to battle and moderate temperatures allowed the 400mm f2.8 and Canon 7d to pick out lots of detail on these three.
