One of the interesting discoveries
while exploring the lake bottom
through the clear ice was a sunken
boat--or at least the remains of
it. The outline is clear in about
15' of water. I also
have recently learned there was a
water ski jump located about in
front of our cabin, which was the
location of the old Kellogg family
cabin and boat house. I discovered
the four anchor cribs which held
the water sky jump in place, while
walking on the ice. A bit of
history uncovered. If anyone has
pictures of the old Kellogg boat
house or the water ski jump it
would be interesting Fremont Lake
