| Description: | The Children’s Discovery Center (CDC) is looking to hire a 3-4 year old preschool teacher. The CDC is a licensed 501 (c)3 preschool that operates year round. Hours of operation are from September to May 7:15 – 5:30, and June, July and August 7:30 – 5:30. The CDC provides a play-based curriculum during the school year, and a nature-based curriculum during the Summer Program.
The CDC is looking to hire someone who enjoys working with children, can assist in all areas of the school (art projects, cleanups, food program, and other various activities), is organized, works well with others, and someone who will adhere to the school’s philosophy and policies. You will be working with the 3-4 year old class.
This candidate must be able to pass a background check, TB test, and complete mandatory trainings such as CPR/FA, health and safety course and any other required trainings.
