TITLE: Support Position
REPORTS TO: Director of Sublette BOCES
QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate should possess strong customer service, marketing and technical support skills as well as the ability to work well with people, promote our values, mission vision and foster a fun atmosphere.
CONSULTS WITH: Community Education Coordinator.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Non-benefited, $20/hour, 20-25 hours/week, four hours/day with schedule to be determined. At – Will Position
JOB SUMMARY: Support daily functions of Sublette BOCES.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer Phones, provide customer service to walk-in customers, be available to assist the public with general information, support with advertising, newsletter, marketing, building aesthetics (bulletin boards, etc…), comfortable with Google, Mac, Excel and Word, assist with room arrangements and technical system set-up for classes.
