Job Description:
Assemble and pack all wholesale, retail, trade and drop ship orders. Assist with receiving and inventory. We strive to ensure that each package arrives to a customer correctly, with care and on time. Position reports to Order Fulfillment, Shipping and Inventory Manager.
Requirements:
Positive, energetic, attention to detail, good visual memory, ability to multitask.
Please be advised, we use down/feather pillow inserts and you will be handling them often.
Must be able to lift boxes approx 10-40 lbs and climb a stair ladder.
Experience packing boxes is a plus, but not required.
Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidates should live close to the Pinedale area (Pinedale, Big Piney, Marbleton, Daniel, Boulder, Bondurant).
Responsibilities:
Order fulfillment/Packing:
- Pull all orders as directed by Manager.
- Assemble and pack orders. Fill pillow cases with inserts.
- Work to meet targets for accurate and timely shipments.
- Execute special packaging as instructed (gift wrap, barcode, labels, individual bag).
- Iron products if required.
- Develop systems for best ways to pack boxes which include a variety of products.
Inventory:
- Count and conduct quality control for each item and communicate all discrepancies to Manager.
- Restock shelves/bins with incoming inventory.
- Alert Manager on all low stock items.
- Kit items as directed (stationery, fabric swatches, combo packages).
- Conduct quarterly inventory hard counts.
General:
- Maintain an organized, orderly and clean work environment.
- Get to know each product to be able to recognize any issues using Product Handbook.
- Adhere to Coral & Tusk’s high quality standards, policies and procedures.
- Conduct weekly clean and straighten of products and warehouse.
- Participate in monthly video conference and weekly warehouse meeting.
- Actively identify and suggest possible improvements.
