CNA Home Care
CNA needed 32 hours per week (4 8-hour days) to help care for Sublette County home health and hospice patients. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Job Requirements:
• Desire to work with chronically ill individuals and terminally ill persons and their families
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, phone and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• At least two years acute care or home care experience preferred
• Valid RN or CNA license (as applicable) with authority to practice in WY
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Current BLS required
