| Title: | Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Person |
| Description: | The Sublette County Historical Society (SCHS) is looking for a full-time, year-round facilities maintenance person responsible for upkeep and improvement of facilities and grounds at SCHS properties including the Museum of the Mountain Man complex, Sommers Homestead Living History Museum, New Fork River Crossing Historical Park, Trappers Point, Rendezvous Park, and Emerson Schoolhouse.
The job is primarily hands-on, physical work. Desired skills include minor construction, lawn care, snow-removal, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, setup for events, moving of collections, building/modifying displays, and comfortable with tools, equipment operation and power tools. Responsible for management of systems including HVAC, water/sewer, electrical, security, landscaping. Comfortable enough with computers to keep maintenance records, logs, reports, and documenting of systems.
Looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, work on their own, a problem solver, willing to learn, and take initiative to improve, research, design and implement new systems. Willing to coordinate and work with volunteers to help with tasks. This is a year-round, full-time position with flexible hours, but also willing to work irregular hours during and around events. Salary based on experience and skills.
