The Fulfillment and Customer Service Manager will lead daily fulfillment functions, creating orders and coordinating order fulfillment through Magento, our e-Commerce platform, and creating USPS and FedEx shipment labels through Shipstation along with data entry. This role will also be the lead customer service contact and communicate with customers via phone and email regarding product questions and shipments and communicate with our Brooklyn office regarding orders. We strive to ensure that each package arrives to the customer correctly, with care and on time. The Fulfillment and Customer Service Manager will report to the owner of Coral & Tusk.
-Highly organized, energetic, attention to detail, excellent memory, process oriented, ability to manage processes, multitask and be adaptable.
-Proactive and direct communicator. Forward thinking and positive. Must be excellent at customer service interaction.
-Must have experience in Excel, Google Suite (Gmail and Google Drive), Fedex/USPS. Experience on any e-Commerce platform, any Order Management System, or shipping fulfillment software such as Shipstation is a plus.

-Candidates should live close to the Pinedale area (Pinedale, Big Piney, Marbleton, Daniel, Boulder, Bondurant).
Download and organize all orders daily, while noting any special requirements.
Create shipping labels and required documentation for shipping domestically and internationally.
Read, comprehend and adhere to shipping & labeling requirements. Comply with routing guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for wholesale accounts.
Create barcodes when necessary.
Double check each pulled order for accuracy prior to shipping.
Be the point person for FedEx/USPS daily pickups and deliveries.
Provide shipping estimates to Brooklyn Office, as requested.
Reconcile customs/duties charges. File claims with FedEx when required.
Provide return labels upon request and receive returns.
Answer all emails and phone calls from customers regarding a variety of product and order questions along with shipping and tracking updates.
Proactively communicate with customers and provide the most effective and meaningful support possible.
Edit orders already submitted upon customerís request and communicate changes to Brooklyn Office.
Manage and track stock quantities and place orders for shipping materials and pillow inserts.
Allocate inventory to orders.
Assist in managing inventory by providing weekly inventory reports.
Manage quarterly inventory hard counts with a team of people.
Maintain and update inventory quantities and sale items in the back and front end of e-Commerce platform through data entry.
Develop and document efficient systems for daily order entry and shipping procedures.
Manage projects effectively and address challenges as they arise.
Work with team to set up the most efficient space and evolve/adapt with shifting needs as new collections come in.
Familiarize staff with projects and train staff when necessary.
Participate in weekly video conference with BK office and lead daily and weekly fulfillment meetings.
