| Title: | Finance & Office Manager |
| Description: | White Mountain Operating is looking for a highly driven and positive individual with a passion for finding solutions in a professional office setting. Must be energetic and able to take on a wide range of duties, while adapting to a fast-paced business atmosphere. Must have ability to be mindful of overall business plan while focusing on specific tasks and projects.
Experience Required:
Proficiencies in Outlook Suite (especially Excel), QuickBooks, invoicing, data analysis, budget reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, P&L, account management, and general accounting
Experience in managing people
Office management
Knowledge of health insurance/health benefits, permitting, property management, registrations, business/asset insurance, etc.
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Preference may be given to candidates who:
Have knowledge and understanding of oilfield/energy services
Have sales/marketing skills
BA in Business Administration or comparable
Salary: Commensurate on experience
