Position is full time for 8 hours each day for 260 days per year. Rate of pay is $23.55-$32.24 per/hour with full district benefits. Start date is as soon as possible.
The job of Executive Secretary is done for the purpose/s of supporting the non-administrative educational process with specific responsibilities for assisting the Superintendent in the daily operation of the district as well as the planning, implementing, maintaining of District programs by providing a wide variety of complex and confidential and secretarial support; analyzing requests for action; communicating information on behalf of the district and the governing board to its staff, other districts, public agencies, etc. Proficient in Google Applications, Excel and minute taking for board and committee meetings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Some evening work is required.
Previous school district experience is desired.
