Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers in a
warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls while
handling customer’s inquiries, concerns,
or questions
- Gather all information needed to
create work orders & communicate to team
- Consistent, proactive
communications with customers regarding
repairs
- Update work orders and inform
customers that their vehicle is ready
for pick up.
- Responsible for cleanliness of
front counter, showroom & customer
restrooms
- Manage customer payments and
database records
- Coordinate with service team to
provide excellent customer service
- Provide customer feedback to the
service advisors
- Provide accurate information
(product features, pricing and after-
sales services)
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
- Basic math skills and computer
program knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
prefer customer service or hospitality
experience
- Effective teamwork and
collaboration
- Capable of building trusting
relationships with customers
- Ability to work in a standing
position for extended periods
- Professional appearance and work
ethic
- Ability to work well in a
process driven environment.
