Assistant Pit Boss

Title:Assistant Pit Boss
Description:A local establishment and Championship BBQ team is currently seeking applications for an assistant Pit Boss. Duties will include, but are not limited to, prepping food (ie. Brisket, Pork Butt, Chicken, Ribs, etc...) Maintaining and operating commercial restaurant equipment. Schedule will vary from nights to mornings.
Must be willing to travel some weekends to BBQ competitions or remain to facilitate the restaurant.

Qualifications:
No experience required. Will train for position.
Much be flexible schedule. Able to follow directions to the letter. Willing to further education in culinary arts. Must be able to complete Food Safety training course (Course provided) within an acceptable period of time following hiring. High School Diploma. Great people skills. Work well with a team.
