Tegeler & Associates, an independent insurance agency, is seeking an Account Executive / Customer Service Professional. This position will be based in our Pinedale office, but will "telecommute" to service our clients in Jackson. Travel to Jackson approximately twice per week will be required.
Requirements:
• Must have a Great Attitude and Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
• Honesty, Dependability, Confidentiality and Attention to Detail are MUSTS
• Minimum education of HS diploma, prefer Associates Degree or higher
• Computer Savvy
• Must obtain property and casualty insurance license within 4 months of employment
Duties:
• Work with customers to sell or service property and casualty insurance policies
• Maintain and track existing and new accounts in company database
• Analyze customer needs, explain policy coverages, procure quotes
• Work independently, while part of a team, and adhere to all company policies
